Pickup of Goods

like last year we have an external trucking company for the goods that haven't been picked up until Mon. 14 October 03:00 p.m.!
For the pick up and external deposit of the goods / paletts we have to charge the exhibitor € 85,-- / day!
From Tuesday 15.10 at 8. a.m. the goods or paletts can be picked up from the external storage

Please do inform your forwarding company, that trucks above 7,5 t are only able to deliver goods through the car park in the west of the area (see yellow marks at the map).
In case of no special permit, transport with trucks more than 3,5t are allowed to be on roads on Sunday from 10pm. Trucks above 7,5t are generally not allowed to drive between 10pm and 5am (except noise reduced trucks).
Please stick 2 white stickers (which you will receive with your exhibitor map in the expo office in the location) clearly visible on every pallet and write your company name + stand number on it.
